About Owner

Lisa Williams is the Owner of Alpha & Omega Learning Center. She has over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood field. She began her career with five infants in her home daycare.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Over the years she has participated in the Boys and Girls Club, volunteered, and taught as a substitute in the Montgomery, AL public school system.

She is a mom of 3 gifted kids. Lisa is passionate about ensuring families have a safe, loving environment to bring their children to every day.  Over the years, I have learned that Child care must go beyond learning. Before a child can learn they must feel comfortable in a safe and healthy environment. 

When the child feels safe and healthy, it fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. I feel that a positive environment is needed for children to understand love, encouragement, and respect. Although it is important to teach them curriculum; we owe it to the children to understand them as individuals and always foster Jesus in their lives.
